All of our coaches are ABCD certified, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They are certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and they understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

Sabrina is passionate about health, fitness, and helping her clients achieve more than they ever thought possible of themselves. With her own 95 pound transformation, she understands what it takes to make a real change and what it takes to maintain it in the long run!
Sabrina’s mission is simple – to help inspire and influence as many people as she can, to live the healthiest life possible. She believes in functional strength training because it works! Her motto is “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you!” She has helped numerous clients achieve outstanding results over the years through functional strength training, and nutrition coaching. She enjoys working with all clients of various fitness levels and she is very dedicated to each person’s success.
When Sabrina is not teaching classes or running the business, she likes to cook, cycle, read, dance, travel, and spend time with family and friends.

Lauren graduated from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition in Berkeley, CA, where she learned how to help individuals optimize wellness through health supportive food and lifestyle choices.
Along with providing supportive education and motivation toward a healthier lifestyle for individuals, Lauren is also a Boot Camp Coach leading the Tues & Thurs 5:30am classes.
When not helping others move toward a healthy lifestyle, or when not in the kitchen, you can find Lauren surfing, hiking, kayaking, swimming, biking, running, or doing pretty much anything that involves activity and fitness outside in the sun!
Coach Frank is a certified Spartan coach and specializes in circuit training. Frank knows how to push you to your limits to help get you the results that you seek, while also offering modifications making his workouts safe and fun for everyone! Frank enjoys working with clients of all fitness levels and in his spare time he enjoys traveling for international Spartan races and spending time with his family & friends. You'll find Coach Frank at the Friday circuits.
